About Me
I was born in Papua New Guinea and lived there until I was 9 years old when we relocated back to Australia. By the age of 14, I had lost both my parents to cancer, proving that lightning sometimes does strike twice.

In 2011, I moved to London on my own. I had no friends or family here and limited money in my account. I created a new life for myself, carved out an incredible career, met my husband, and more importantly, became stronger in asserting myself.

On the journey to creating the life of my dreams, I've had to overcome depression, loneliness, deep insecurity, and fear. But I now have the tools, support, and skills to navigate the low points of life and the gift of helping others through them too.

I help my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and identify the mental roadblocks standing in their way.

Every individual requires something different based on where they are in life and the experiences they've had. That's why I always schedule an initial call with you to ensure that I can provide the assistance you need.

The clearer we become about our thought processes, the beliefs that hold us back, and the experiences that shaped us or made us feel 'bad,' the greater our ability to redefine what happiness and success mean for us. We can build inner strength so robust that no amount of negativity can knock it down.
